By far the best way to get drinking water in Bangkok. The customer service is next level and the convenience, along side of the lowered environmental impact isa big win. You have all your drinking water needs met a with delivery to your door every week for a very reasonable price. Well worth it, highly recommend.

Drinking water subscription is an alternative in Bangkok. At least, this can help reduce the use of plastic bottle, and the water quality is impeccable. Plus, it’s also easy to contact the company to buy online coupons and the delivery time is pretty punctual….

Extremely poor service. While placing the order they confirmed the first delivery will be on the 19th (which was over the email also) and later said cannot deliver for 2 weeks. Finally I have to fight for a refund. I will not recommend it to anyone. Update 1: Still after 1 week, I have not received my refund for the service which was never provided to me.

Staff is very friendly You can order and pay through website However water quality is bad. It has a taste of rotten watermelon, we use it for cooking and boiling only. Not suitable for drinking

Service is very good and very convenient. Send off reminder every week via sms & available on chat with agent support. Water quality meet global standard so no worries about it!

Worst customer service in Bangkok, and a company that is seriously in need of a good competitor. Bizarre voucher system, incomprehensible customer service, frequently fail to deliver. Absolutely AWFUL company to deal with.

A high handed approach with customers in this era!!.... Sprinkle team, time to get your act right lest you start loosing mkt. share. I understand that you do not have a credible competitor in the Bangkok area, but are you sure you want hassled customers?? Some problems we faced: 1) Weekly one delivery only!! 2) No fixed time for delivery - our first supply was promised between 12 noon & 2 pm. It arrived late and the 2nd delivery was missed as they came at 8.45 am and we placed the empty cans only at ~ 9 am. 3) E-coupons - have no clue where they are & how to manage them? Our repeated inquiries have yielded no response on the process. 4) Taking money in advance and keep it with them for delivery of water over the next couple months. I hope to see some proper corrective actions against the above points, if you are really serious about consumer feedback
